Terms of Service of Sky Link Solutions LLC

1.1 Welcome to Sky Link Solutions LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our cybersecurity consulting and managed services (collectively, the "Services").

2.1 Consulting Services: We offer cybersecurity consulting services to assist clients in assessing, planning, and implementing cybersecurity measures tailored to their needs.

2.2 Managed Services: Our managed services include ongoing monitoring, maintenance, and support of clients' cybersecurity infrastructure and systems.

3. Client Engagement

3.1 Contract Clients: Contract clients will be provided with a separate agreement ("Agreement") outlining the terms and conditions of our engagement. The Agreement will be provided for signing at the time of engagement with Sky Link Solutions.

3.2 No Contract Clients: Clients who opt not to sign a contract may still engage our services on a case-by-case basis, subject to these Terms.

4. Payment and Billing

4.1 Fees: Our fees for consulting and managed services are communicated to clients based on the scope of services provided.

4.2 Billing: Billing cycles, payment methods, and invoicing procedures are communicated to clients based on the terms of our engagement.

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1 Cooperation: Clients agree to cooperate with us in the provision of the Services, including providing necessary information, access, and approvals.

5.2 Compliance: Clients agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to cybersecurity and data protection.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Exclusion of Damages: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Services.

7. Termination

7.1 Termination: Either party may terminate the Agreement or engagement for any reason with written notice. Termination shall not relieve either party of its obligations accrued prior to termination.

8. Confidentiality

8.1 Confidential Information: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the provision of the Services.

9. Governing Law

9.1 Jurisdiction: These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

10.1 Updates: We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website or notification to clients.
