Build / AI workflow automation
A useful task. A clear boundary.
Sky Link helps businesses apply AI to specific parts of an operational workflow: interpreting a request, proposing a catalog match, identifying missing information, or preparing a draft for review. The workflow keeps explicit rules around what the model can do.

Choose the task
Find the interpretation inside the process.
An automation project becomes easier to assess when the task is narrow. A message may contain an ambiguous item description, an exclusion, a change of scope or a detail that needs clarification. Those are different tasks from calculating a total or authorizing an action.
We first separate the input to interpret from the decision to enforce. The proposed output needs to be useful to the next person or system, with enough context to understand where it came from.
Set the boundary
Make uncertainty visible.
A confident sentence is not evidence that a request was understood correctly. A workflow needs a place for unknowns, conflicts and missing information, as well as a path for a reviewer to correct the proposed result.
- Keep calculation and business policy in explicit application rules.
- Preserve the source information needed to review a suggestion.
- Route uncertain matches and consequential decisions to a person.
- Constrain the actions available to an agent, independently of its prompt.
Evaluate first
Compare against reviewed examples.
A pilot needs a defined task, representative inputs and a way to judge the output. Human-reviewed examples help identify which errors matter: a missed exclusion may have a different consequence from an unresolved catalog match.
In the Peninsula work, a Jev evaluation interface has been implemented for narrow decision tasks and human review. Jev remains inactive in the sales quotation workflow while live qualification is pending. The setup is not evidence of better accuracy, speed or cost.
Make the decision
Test the workflow, not just the answer.
A useful pilot examines the full handoff: what the model proposes, what the reviewer has to change, what gets rejected, and what happens when a provider or input is unavailable. Acceptance criteria should be agreed before results are used to justify broader deployment.
If the task cannot meet those criteria, the next move may be a smaller boundary, clearer source data or a conventional rule. The goal is an operation people can rely on, with AI where its contribution can be examined.
